Terms And Conditions

  • Pricing: Prices quoted are FOB New Delhi, India. This means the price does not include shipping, customs duties, or additional taxes assessed at delivery.
  • Shipping & Customs: All shipments are sent via UPS/Blue Dart and cleared through customs/octroi by them. The customer is responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes.
  • Payment: All orders must be paid by credit card and pre-paid in full at the time of placing the order.
  • Shipping Charges: Once goods are ready to ship, the customer’s credit card will be billed for UPS/Blue Dart shipping charges prior to dispatch.
  • Returns: SSBN does not accept any returns for special orders.
  • Samples & Swatches: Costs for fabric swatches or product samples will be negotiated at the time of the transaction. Please inquire for details.
  • Delivery Updates: SSBN will ship as per the estimated date. If unforeseen delays occur, we will update you with a new expected delivery date immediately.
